2025 Waypoint Community Campout
Our ticket options are easy to understand:
Daypass – want to come out and just see what everyone is using or want to meet up with people from the community but don’t want to spend the night? We have a ticket for you, feel free to join us, until midnight on Saturday. Daypass purchases are for each visitor, not the carload.
Standard Ticket – allows access for a carload (4 people) including the driver and co-driver. The standard ticket will allow for the use of a vehicle size camping location (for roof top tent use) and up to 1 – 4 person sized tent.
Trailer or Oversize – allows access for a carload including the driver and co-driver but allows for the use of a larger spot for a trailer or tent that’s larger than a 4 person sized tent.

By purchasing a ticket to the 2024 Community Campout, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, weather conditions, or event schedule changes.
Transfer of Tickets: Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual by contacting the event organizers with the new attendee’s information prior to the event.
Event Schedule and Activities: The event organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, activities, and location without prior notice. No refunds or partial refunds will be provided in such cases.
Assumption of Risk: By attending the event, you assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, and property damage. The organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred.
Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner at all times. The organizers reserve the right to remove any individual who violates this code of conduct without a refund.
Liability Waiver: By purchasing a ticket, you agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, and affiliated parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the event.
Photography and Media: By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and recorded. These images and recordings may be used by the organizers for promotional purposes without compensation.
Weather Policy: The event will proceed rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to adverse weather conditions.
Compliance with Laws: Participants must comply with all local, federal laws while attending the event. Any illegal activities will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.
Health and Safety: Participants must adhere to all health and safety guidelines set forth by the organizers, including but not limited to those related to public health concerns. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Storyteller Spaces
We love hearing from those with experience and invite everyone in the community to join our storyteller spaces. Share your story—whether it’s about designing and building your rig or recounting a recent road trip. Your stories are the heartbeat of our community, and we can’t wait to listen!
Group Campout Hubs
Got a group of 5 or more? We’ve got you covered! We’ll set up a spot for your entire group to camp together, complete with a communal firepit. It’s the perfect place to chat about your club or group and connect with others.
If you’re coming to the campout solo or with your family, don’t worry, you’ll be near enough to the action that you can easily find a group of people that fits your vibe.
Self-Guided Trail Riding
Explore the beautiful Minden Hills region with our detailed adventure maps. We recommend heading out with at least two vehicles, so find a fellow enthusiast and enjoy the ride at your own pace. The journey is just as exciting as the destination! For those new to off-roading, we have both groomed and ungroomed trails at our venue, “The Compound,” so everyone can experience the thrill.

As our community campout grows, so does the list of activities and experiences. Enjoy rustic camping in a grassy field, festival-style, with communal firepits and provided firewood for those cozy evenings. We haven’t forgotten about the essentials—onsite porta potty style washrooms are available for your convenience.
